# Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)Ever bought a ticket for the Museumsinsel Berlin, the Belvedere in Vienna, or the FondationBeyeler in Basel? That was us - with go~mus, our platform for 500+ museums and culturalinstitutions across Europe.We're a team of 25 building SaaS solutions for visitor management. Part of the TourismSoftware Group. Office in Berlin, flexible home office.We're looking for a full-time addition to our project management. You own customer projectsfrom the handover out of sales through to sign-off: planning, steering, closing. Museums andcultural institutions on one side, engineering, support, sales and product on the other.Scope, schedule and everyone involved come together at your desk.Internally we speak German and English - with our international customers sometimes Dutchand French as well. For this role we need fluent German and English; further languages area plus.Our office is in Berlin and we like working there together. So Berlin is our preference,not a condition: other arrangements are possible. Talk to us and we'll find something thatworks for both sides.## Your tasks* Plan and steer customer projects: scope, schedule, resources, budget* Kickoffs, regular status meetings and sign-offs - internally and at the customer* Coordinate between customers, engineering, support, sales and product* Gather requirements, clarify them, and write them down so that everyone involved reads the same thing into them* Surface risks, dependencies and delays early instead of explaining them later* Project documentation and controlling of ongoing projects* Continuously improve our project methodology, templates and workflows## Required skills* Several years of experience leading customer projects, ideally in software or SaaS* Comfortable running several projects in parallel with competing interests* Technical understanding - you don't need to code, but interfaces, data models and releases shouldn't put you off* Clear, dependable communication, also when a deadline starts to wobble* Fluent German and English* Willingness to travel for customer meetings (nationally, occasionally internationally)* Full-time* Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards## Nice to have* Experience in the cultural or tourism sector* Experience with project management and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Jira)* A project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum) - welcome, but not required* An additional language (e.g. Dutch or French)## What you can expect* A team of 25 - remote-friendly, office in Berlin* Coffee snobs with good taste (Rocket Appartamento)* Both German and English spoken* Everyone chips in where they can* Open communication and mutual trust* Part of the Tourism Software Group## We offer everyone on the team* Solid onboarding into our programs and processes* Flexible working hours & overtime compensation* Home office option alongside the Berlin office* Flat hierarchies and fast decisions* Team events like our Nerd Ranch, hiking trips, barbecues, and more* Team lunches and cooking together* Option for a company phone and BVG annual ticket## Sounds good?Send us an email with your CV to jobs@giantmonkey.de and tell us a bit about yourself -what makes you tick?
