Head of Project Controlling (m/f/d) in München

For our department Controlling we are looking for a Head of Project Controlling (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Your Responsibilities: Governance, Portfolio Steering & Leadership: Lead and continuously develop the global Project Controlling function, ensuring consistent governance, methodologies and financial standards across all regions and projects. Directly lead and coach the international Project Controlling team and drive capability development and knowledge sharingFinancial Performance & Risk Management: Ensure transparency and financial control across the project portfolio through robust forecasting, EAC management, profitability analysis and financial reporting. Provide independent challenge of project financial performance and proactively identify, quantify and mitigate risks and opportunitiesReporting, Compliance & Decision Support: Ensure reliable project reporting, revenue recognition, accruals, provisions and compliance with internal and external requirements. Provide consolidated portfolio reporting and financial decision support to executive management and key stakeholdersProcesses, Systems & Transformation: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of Project Controlling processes, tools and reporting structures.
