We are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Sales Strategy & Excellence department at our Munich location.
Your tasks:
- Implementation and configuration of new Salesforce functionalities based on business requirements
- Involvement in innovative AI use cases, such as in the areas of data analysis, process automation, or decision support
- Administration and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, permissions, flows, reports and dashboards
- Development and maintenance of smaller Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Coordinate with Business Lines and IT on the update and correction of products in existing opportunities
- Support the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of Salesforce-related issues
- Test new functionalities, document solutions and support their deployment across different Salesforce environments
- Evaluate, configure and maintain third-party SaaS and go-to-market tools used in connection with business and Salesforce processes
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, data quality and system usability
Your qualifications:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business informatics, computer science, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field
- You will remain enrolled for at least 12 months
- Strong practical experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development projects using Apex and Lightning Web Components, with the ability to independently implement smaller development tasks
- Good understanding of Salesforce automation, particularly Flow, as well as data models, permissions, reports and dashboards
- Basic knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce testing concepts and deployment processes
- Basic knowledge of / or initial practical experience with Salesforce CPQ is considered an advantage
- Interest in AI, digitalization, and automation topics
- Ability to quickly understand and confidently work with third-party SaaS, go-to-market and business applications
- Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and quality-conscious approach to work
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Good written and spoken English skills
