We're seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth, working closely with academic institutions, research organisations, and biotechnology customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic regional plan to drive new business and long-term revenue growth.
Build new customer relationships whilst increasing engagement across existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support long-term account success.
Represent the organisation at scientific conferences, research events, and industry meetings across Europe.
What We're Looking For
3-10 years' experience of sales of services in Automated Genotyping, Genetic Monitoring or Microbiome Analysis
Proven success driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-led sales.
Experience managing a multi-country European territory and building go-to-market strategies.
Fluent French and English , with the ability to travel extensively across Europe.
