About the Role

We are looking for a visionary PR & Event Manager (m/f/d) to elevate Gisada’s brand presence and reputation worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead global PR strategies and orchestrate impactful events that reinforce our luxury identity and engage top-tier media, influencers, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic PR Development: Define and lead Gisada’s global PR strategy, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all channels.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and KOLs; draft press releases, media kits, and editorial content.
• Agency & Partner Management: Coordinate external PR agencies across markets, ensuring brand alignment and impactful campaigns.
• Event Concept & Execution: Plan and execute global brand events, press launches, and trade shows; create immersive, luxury-aligned experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align messaging across campaigns and support integrated brand strategies.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track PR and event performance, analyze results, and continuously refine strategies.

Your Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in international PR and event management, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing PR strategies with measurable impact.
• Experience managing multiple agencies, partners, and stakeholders globally.
• Strong creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Editorial writing skills with an eye for luxury storytelling.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and media activations.
