Aufgaben
- Own our digital marketing channels end-to-end: paid search & paid social, SEO and content.
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns to keep our growth momentum during the interim period.
- Monitor performance and budgets against clearly defined KPIs such as CLTV-based ROAS; report results and insights to management.
- Help coordinate our content marketing production (social, blogs, video podcasts) and manage the pipeline — the writing itself is covered by our in-house content specialists.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering on landing pages, messaging, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
- Ensure a smooth handover at the start and end of the engagement.
Anforderungen
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a premium B2C environment.
- Proven ownership of paid channels and marketing budgets, with a track record of measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4 (or similar), spreadsheets, and channel-attribution discussions.
- Basic branding comprehension — you apply and protect an established brand identity across all touchpoints rather than reinventing it.
- Fluent German and English.
- Available for the full interim period (until end of May 2027).
- Nice to have Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Experience in content marketing; enough financial-content judgment to sanity-check publications for factual correctness and consistency with our investment principles, in cooperation with the CEO.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tooling; own coding skills a plus.
- French.
