Overview
In this role you will be the primary liaison with employee representative bodies across Germany, the Netherlands, France, and the UK, and help establish new structures in additional EMEA countries. You will bridge business leadership with Works Councils to ensure constructive, compliant social dialogue aligned with long-term organizational health. You will lead company agreements and co-determination processes, while shaping modern working practices and wellbeing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence labour-relations strategy at scale, supported by AI-driven programmes and cross-border collaboration. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Partner with Works Councils to meet consultation timelines and provide needed information
- Lead development of Company Agreements focused on sustainable outcomes
- Serve as a clear, timely contact for employee representatives with business context
- Manage co-determination in Germany (BetrVG) with collaborative problem-solving
- Facilitate discussions on modern working practices, IT systems, and wellbeing
- Engage Works Councils early in decision-making with advisory sessions
- Coordinate Social and Economic Committee proceedings in line with local requirements
- Support UK employee forums with information-sharing platforms
- Establish new Works Councils in additional EMEA countries, advising on governance and elections
- Identify friction early and address via informal dialogue to avoid escalations
- Coach leaders, design capability-building programs, and assess training needs
- Partner with Centres of Excellence to roll out scalable, AI-driven labour relations programmes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years in human resources, business programs/processes, or related field
- OR Bachelor's + 6+ years in HR or related area
- Extensive Labour/Industrial Relations experience with high-trust stakeholder relationships
- Deep familiarity with BetrVG (Germany) and WOR (Netherlands)
- Foundational understanding of the French Labor Code for small CSE structures
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation abilities
