What you will do

We aim to transform the beauty industry with innovative products that are better for people and the planet. Our community is central to everything we do, and in your role, you will be the driving force behind gitti’s storytelling and social media presence, shaping how we engage with our audience and grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute gitti’s PR strategy to increase brand visibility in DACH and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders
- Write and distribute press releases, pitch stories, and secure impactful media coverage in line with our brand strategy
- Manage gitti’s organic Social Media presence, crafting and editing engaging content and growing our audience on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute brand events, from intimate press gatherings to larger community activations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and customer support to ensure a consistent messaging across channels
- Monitor and analyze PR and Social Media performance, relevant metrics and KPIs, using insights to optimize strategies and tactics
What we’re looking for
- At least one year of work experience or internships in PR, Social Media, or communications, ideally within the premium beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry
- A strong sense of aesthetics and premium branding, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools)
- A natural storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling narratives
- Experience with social media platforms and familiarity with emerging trends on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong writing and communication skills in German and English
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
