Overview As an Industrialization Chemist Laboratory Manager, you drive the development and industrialization of sustainable fragrance-ingredient manufacturing processes from lab to production. You collaborate with Manufacturing, R D, and QA to transfer new processes, implement green chemistries, and use data-driven tools to optimize performance and costs. You lead cross-functional industrialization projects and mentor the lab team, shaping scalable solutions with significant global impact. This role combines science leadership with operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.
