Your responsibilities
- Advising our customers on the introduction and operation of the GK standard software in cloud computing platforms
- Supporting the project team in the project implementation in the cloud
- Requirements Engineering – Prepare requirements for implementation in close coordination with the customer
- Contact person for our customers, project teams, and sales colleagues in all cloud issues in collaboration with the cloud operations teams
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or a comparable training with sound IT expertise
- Relevant professional experience in a similar responsible position as a consultant, technical advisor, or product manager
- Knowledge and experience in the field of retail, POS, or merchandise management with a focus on POS software is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High customer orientation combined with good presentation skills and enthusiasm
- Very good technical understanding
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working independently in small teams
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
