The company produces 15,000 hl of beer annually and distinguishes itself from both the mass market and traditional regional beer markets through its innovative brewing philosophy. Glaabsbräu beers are brewed without additives, chemical stabilizers, or colorants, adhering to higher standards than the German Purity Law.
