Germany 2026: GSK Graduate Programme in Vaccines Production with Smart Manufacturing (m/w/d) – Marburg

Join the GSK Global Graduate Programme in Production Operations and Technology within Global Supply Chain (GSC) to develop in digital manufacturing and intelligent systems, with a focus on AI, data management, and digital technologies. Start: September 2026. Location: Marburg. Language requirements: German and English (fluent). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, automation, robotics, sciences, biomedicine, or a related field with focus on AI, data management, digital technologies, or change management. Graduation by August 2026.

Unser Bereich Global Supply Chain (GSC): We manufacture and deliver reliable, high-quality medicines and vaccines to meet patient needs. With 37 sites, we produced 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses in 2024. Technology transforms how we manufacture to speed, quality, and scale product supply. We aim to harness robotics, digital solutions, and AI to deliver for patients.

What you will do

• Be Part of Something Big: Work on projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, drive sustainability, and support product development.
• Digital Innovation: Process modelling and data analytics to optimize performance and support development.
• Process Optimization: Develop and enhance processes for efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
• Project Management: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Technical Development: Build product knowledge and monitor production to ensure quality and safety.
• Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (DMAIC/Six Sigma).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data-driven approaches to monitor processes and identify trends.
• Teamwork: Collaborate across functions for product introductions and regulatory projects.
