Job Description:

Are you a social media wizard with a passion for entrepreneurship and making waves in the digital space? Do you thrive on creating viral content that captures attention and drives engagement? If so, we want you on our team as a Social Media Content Creator for Gler!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and engaging content strategies to promote Gler across various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. Create compelling multimedia content (videos, images, graphics) that effectively communicates Gler’s value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
3. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance and maximize reach.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
4. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Passion for storytelling and brand building.

Compensation:

The primary form of compensation for this role is shares of the company, which will be reviewed upon investment. This compensation structure allows the candidate to have an effect on their earning potential, which is uncapped.
