We offer an innovative, collaborative and thriving environment.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance operations across campus sitePrepare and communicate technician schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and site coverageLead, coach, and support the maintenance team, fostering high performance and continuous developmentAssign, monitor, and follow up on maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality completionEnsure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively executedSupervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirementsProvide technical guidance and ensure the reliability of campus infrastructure, equipment, and safety systemsManage maintenance-related procurement, inventories, and asset lifecycle planningMaintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation, ensuring visibility for managementKeep the Head of Maintenance informed of ongoing activities, issues, risks, and operational developmentsSupport emergency response activities, insurance claim coordination, and participation in on-call rotationsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and the implementation of maintenance best practicesProfile and experiences: Technical qualification in building maintenance, electrical, mechanical systems or related field (CFC or equivalent preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in hospitality, education, or multi-site environmentsPrevious experience supervising a team or coordinating contractors is strongly preferredGood understanding of Swiss safety standards and building regulationsSolid knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, access control, fire safety, emergency systems)Ability to plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesBudget awareness and cost-control mindsetComfortable using maintenance tracking tools and basic administrative systems (PO management, reporting, Excel)Strong organizational and planning skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTeam-oriented leadership with the ability to give clear instructions and follow up on executionFluent in French & English (in written and orally)Other information: Location: GIHE Sàrl, Rue de l'Ondine 20, 1630 BulleType of contract: undefined period of time contractActivity rate: 100%Start date:
