student IDs and nametagsManage the reception, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing employees and students mail to ensure timely and efficient deliveryConduct quarterly Student Concierge inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure essential supplies are always availableOversee the sales process of branded merchandise, handling transactions, and maintaining inventory recordsAccept and record tuition payments while ensuring proper communication and documentation to the appropriate departmentsCoordinate and supervise the proper storage of students' personal belongings, ensuring security and easy access when neededManage and update student information related to room allocations, meal plans, and other key details using Academia, Secanda, and the Mercury systemsPrepare access keys and staff badges, tracking their distribution, and maintaining accurate recordsProvide guidance and oversight to trainees and Experimental first-year students during their workshops at the Student Concierge, ensuring they gain valuable hands-on experience;

all while making the link with a hotel receptionManage and report weekly and monthly petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability in financial recordsManage the lost and found process, including receiving, documenting, and securely storing lost items, and ensuring they are promptly returned to their rightful ownersProvide shuttle service on demand when a driver is unavailableBeing flexible to work on both Glion and Bulle campus when neededProfile and experiences: Commercial CFC or diploma in a hospitality field or similar experiencesExperience in a hotel reception, guest relation, service, or an administrative postWorking experience in multicultural environments preferableDemonstrated versatility and flexibilityProficient in internet and MS Office tools useProficient in Academia ;
