Role Overview Reporting to the Director of Student Services and working closelywith the Academic & Operations Coordinator, the Campus Life &Student Support Coordinator supports students throughout their journey at LesRoches, with a primary focus on B2B student groups. This is a 6-month fixed-term position, created to support thegrowing needs of B2B student cohorts, with the possibility of extension basedon programme requirements and institutional needs. The role acts as a trusted and approachable point of contact, helpingstudents navigate campus services, understand institutional processes, andadapt to life in Switzerland. The successful candidate will provide practicalguidance, answer day-to-day questions, support students in resolving routinechallenges, and ensure they receive the assistance they need from theappropriate departments when required. While supporting B2B students is a key priority, the role is part of theStudent Services team and may support the broader student population as needed.
Key Responsibilities Student Support & Guidance
Act as a firstpoint of contact for student questions, concerns, and practical day-to-daymatters.
Provide guidanceon campus procedures, services, policies, and expectations.
Help studentssuccessfully adapt to life in Switzerland and at Les Roches.
Encourage studentindependence, responsibility, and engagement.
Follow up withstudents to ensure required actions and administrative processes arecompleted.
Campus Navigation & Liaison
Serve as a keypoint of contact for students seeking guidance and support.
Guide students inaccessing services across the institution, including Housing, CareerServices, Academics, Finance, Student Affairs, and Operations.
Provide first-linesupport for routine enquiries and resolve issues whenever possible.
Prepare studentsfor appointments by clarifying processes, expectations, and next steps.
Identify mattersrequiring additional intervention and refer them to the appropriatedepartment or the Director of Student Services.
Maintain regularcommunication with the Academic & Operations Coordinator regardingemerging student needs and programme-related concerns.
Student Support & Success
Provide practicalguidance to help students adapt to life in Switzerland and at Les Roches.
Explainadministrative processes, institutional requirements, and availablesupport services.
Guide students inmanaging everyday challenges and accessing appropriate resources.
Monitor and followup on required actions, ensuring key deadlines and obligations are met.
Promote studentengagement with Career Services, internship preparation, and professionaldevelopment opportunities.
Support studentsbefore and during their internship experience by providing practicalguidance, follow-up, and assistance with administrative, travel,accommodation, and other logistical matters, while working closely withthe Internship Department and relevant campus services.
Supportonboarding, orientation and student communications.
Assist with groupvisits, excursions, and programme-related activities as required.
Supportgraduation-related communications and ensure students complete requiredadministrative steps.
Encourageindependence, accountability, and successful integration into the LesRoches community.
Administrative Support
Maintain accuraterecords of student interactions and follow-up actions.
Coordinate studentcommunications and administrative activities within Student Services.
Contribute todepartmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports,updates, and summaries as required.
