The holder of this position is responsible for:

  • Delivery of budgeted business targets
  • Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
  • Delivery of new business targets
  • Brick wall accounts against competitors
  • Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified, and transparent way

  • Net Commission TFS
  • Net Commission TFS generated by Hunting
  • Net Commission DCC

Preferable Skills and Competencies

  • Very good German language skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in managing business applications
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization with teams distributed in different time zones
  • Experience in defining and implementing support processes
  • Strong customer orientation and target driven
  • Good sales and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and commerciality
  • Good relationship management
  • Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Priority planning
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products

Business Knowledge/Educational Background

  • 2-3 years Account Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when working with different target groups within an international environment
  • Good English language skills (oral & written)
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and self-motivating personality
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
