What you will do. A glimpse in your role: As an
Field Sales Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This is a dynamic, field-based role where you'll identify new business opportunities, acquire new merchants, and help businesses unlock the full value of our payment terminals, software, and value-added services.

Your responsibilities include:
Prospect and acquire new merchants through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory development.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
Drive new business acquisition and consistently achieve sales targets.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell payment hardware, software, and professional services.
Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding each merchant's business needs.
Present and articulate the value of our integrated commerce and payment solutions.
Analyze merchant acquiring statements to identify opportunities and deliver competitive proposals.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager while managing your territory independently.
Continuously develop your product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.

Key competencies and qualifications. You'll drive towards success if you have:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven success in outside or field sales.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Experience using CRM systems and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
Confidence using business technology, including laptops and smartphones.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
Fluent German and strong English language skills.
Additional European language skills are an advantage.
Location:
Austria (preference for candidates based in the Innsbruck area).
Applicants
must already reside in Austria
and possess valid authorization to work in Austria. This requirement is essential due to the field-based nature of the role, which involves frequent in‑person merchant visits and immediate local availability.
