As an Expert AI Transformation Consultant in GBS Digital Solutions, Innovation & AI Transformation, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes through AI-driven solutions and digital innovation. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal customers, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and digital transformation. Utilizing your expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, you will design, implement, and optimize advanced solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Your role will involve not only technical expertise but also leadership in fostering AI adoption and strategic alignment within a gobal enterprise.

You'll make an impact by

• Identifying Opportunities & Running AI Workshops
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for AI-driven digitalization, and
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI opportunities with strategic business objectives.
  • Facilitate AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI workshops, educating executives and cross-functional teams on the latest capabilities, design thinking principles, and ethical considerations, to collaboratively define and prioritize transformative AI use cases.
• AI Consultation
  • Assess business processes to identify inefficiencies and evaluate the potential for disruptive AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI-driven optimization and innovation.
  • Provide strategic guidance on selecting advanced AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and technological feasibility
• Solution Ideation & Implementation
  • Facilitate cross-functional solution ideation sessions, collaborating closely with UX designers, architects, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to co-create and validate innovative AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions that address critical user needs and strategic business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives to drive successful solution implementation.
  • Orchestrate the integration of complex AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions into existing business processes, driving continuous improvement, ensuring robust performance, and facilitating smooth user adoption at scale.

Your defining qualities

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills
• Required:
  • Serveral years of experience in Digital Consulting, Digitalization Transformation or AI-driven transformation projects, or a similar strategic role.
  • Expertise in AI technologies, Machine Learning models, Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, image generation, code generation) and particularly Agentic AI principles and frameworks.
  • First experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and complex requirements gathering within an enterprise context.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different levels, business units and technical teams.
• Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks, GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS Bedrock), Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen), prompt engineering techniques, and MLOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, and UX methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Siemens' internal processes and digitalization landscape.
  • Certifications in AI, Project Management, or Business Analysis
• Ways of working: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Languages: Fluency in English.
