Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for Maternal and Newborn Health

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for Maternal and Newborn Health (full-time, remote work possible, permanent residency in Germany required).
Your Tasks
- Maintain and develop our key program, European Standards of Care for Newborn Health (ESCNH) . This includes scientific monitoring, lifecycle process management, developing a self-assessment tool, and organizing digital workshops and Delphi panels with stakeholders.
- Assist the Executive Board in the strategic development of the ESCNH department.
- Represent the patient\’s/parent\’s voice in international and EU-funded research projects. Engage with stakeholders and develop/disseminate patient information documents, including communication and dissemination tasks.
- Contribute to other scientific work areas as needed, such as drafting scientific publications, manuals, or position papers for medical professionals.
- Participate in and represent the foundation at international/national events and congresses, including practical presentations.
Your Qualifications
- Scientific background related to health (doctorate required), e.g., epidemiology, public health, health sciences, nutritional sciences, health management.
- Strong understanding of qualitative research; implementation science is an advantage.
- Over 3 years of experience managing complex, international projects and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent methodological, analytical, and practical skills.
- Proactive, independent, structured, and results-oriented working style, with high commitment and team spirit.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills for diverse audiences.
- Confident writing and editing skills in English; fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Social and intercultural competence, with empathy for affected individuals.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
