To strengthen our Finance & Administration department, we are looking for a motivated and meticulous Junior Accountant / Junior Financial Analyst wishing to develop their skills in the field of real estate and fund management.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will participate in the accounting and financial management of several real estate funds and actively contribute to monitoring their performance.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the accounting of real estate funds under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer - Take over and integrate the accounts transmitted by property management companies - Control the quality and consistency of the accounting data received - Participate in the preparation of periodic and annual closings - Prepare financial reports and analyses intended for management and investors - Contribute to the preparation of the financial statements of the real estate funds - Participate in monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and financial flows - Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of bank financing - Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses - Collaborate in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes
Your profile
- Training in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field - First professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in real estate or asset management, is an advantage - Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German - Good command of IT tools, especially ExcelAnalytical mindset, rigour, and organisational skills - Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with various stakeholdersStrong interest in financial markets and real estate
