Your Tasks - What to expect
Responsibility for demand planning and conducting framework agreement negotiations with suppliers
Selection and management of suppliers, including performance evaluation and the identification of new potential suppliers
Obtaining and comparing quotations, as well as negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers
Drafting and administration of contracts, including monitoring delivery schedules and handling deviations
Verification of supplier invoices and processing of claims and complaints
Creation of purchase orders and coordination of order confirmations
Support of the Head of Procurement in developing purchasing strategies and optimizing procurement processes
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent) with a focus on Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical procurement
Strong negotiation skills combined with solid technical understanding
Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
Business-fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
