Your Role as an AI Engineer
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform innovative ideas into scalable and impactful products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks
- Solid experience with Machine Learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar
- Experience developing and integrating AI-powered applications, APIs, and services
- Familiarity with Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI services
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and automation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- German C1 level (Mandatory)
- English B2 level or higher (Mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs
- Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
- Contributions to AI/ML projects, research, or open-source initiatives
