Responsibilities
- Manage product launch strategies in accordance with the project playbook and primary measure(s).
- Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams.
- Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross‑functional teams for launch.
- Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements.
- Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts.
- Create operational process and workflow documentation.
- Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of a degree.
- Typically a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience.
Preferred: Prefer experience in a software development environment or a professional services role. Prefer software or IT background. Prefer direct experience with software development, testing and/or business analysis. Prefer experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology.
