Design Co-ordinator in Bonn

About the Role

The role is full-time and based on-site within an international and multicultural team at the IPC headquarters, starting as soon as possible. It is responsible for the design and supervision of all IPC assets, as well as coordinating with external suppliers and external support.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the design and supervision of all IPC assets, including all IPC corporate design (e.g., print, digital) and production adhering to IPC Brand Guidelines.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and external support.
• Assist in continuous development of brand-related guidelines and documents as required.
• Participate in the pre-inspection, on-site inspection and approval processes of team uniforms for the Paralympic Games.
• Maintain two-way communication with all IPC departments and keep track of their design needs.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience and a relevant portfolio of previous design projects.
• Degree in graphic design or a relevant equivalent field.
• Excellent skills in graphic design programmes (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written command in English.
• Interest in sports and in working in an international sport organisation.
• Good conceptual skills, creativity and solution-oriented thinking.
• Good understanding of production processes and production solutions.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand implementation.
• Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented and meticulous approach, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in German is considered an asset.

Salary

Level A3 according to the IPC internal compensation structure.
