Senior Specialist - D365 Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)

h3About the Role /h3pThis role sits within On's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations team, working in a fast-paced, diverse and collaborative environment. The position is pivotal in building synergies, reducing complexities and prioritising essential work areas that further On's mission. The role holder works as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and functional consultants that implements features from design to deployment, taking responsibility for the full process and delivery. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOrganise and conduct workshops, business process studies and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams. /liliEstablish an overview of the requirements defined by business stakeholders, including the definition of business and technical requirements. /liliWork closely with the Solution Architect to conceive high-level solutions and document them in relevant deliverables such as Solution Design Documents and Functional Specifications. /liliFacilitate the development of 'to be' business processes and discuss these with business stakeholders. /liliEnsure a high level of product best practice based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration and customisations. /liliDevelop appropriately detailed specifications so that they are clearly understood by development teams. /liliProvide advice during the implementation cycle, including configuration, customisation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO. /liliAnalyse defects and advise on options to resolve them. /liliSupport the improvement of the BI landscape by ensuring the availability of high-quality data to drive business process improvements. /li /ulh3Required Experience Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. /liliDeep understanding of relevant supply chain business processes, together with strong general business knowledge and experience in defining 'to be' process structures. /liliDeep understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies, with the ability to understand business needs and transform them into effective solutions. /liliBroad technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, including out-of-the-box functionality and its limits. /liliExperience in performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box functionality. /liliExperience in documenting and communicating the solution overview and functional design. /liliExperience in defining and executing end-to-end functional testing. /liliExperience in developing and delivering end user training. /liliUnderstanding of business transformation programmes, not just technology or software implementations. /liliSelf-driven, customer service oriented and an excellent problem solver. /liliEnjoys new challenges and welcomes the chance to learn from them. /li /ulh3Workplace /h3ulliHybrid working model in Zurich. /li /ulh3Benefits Perks /h3ulliAn environment designed to give people the tools to develop holistically — to stay active, to learn, explore and innovate. /liliA supportive, team-oriented atmosphere. /liliAccess to personal self-care for both physical and mental well-being. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
