Responsibilities

• Review and assess user-submitted video content
• Ensure content complies with community guidelines and policies
• Identify and report harmful or inappropriate material
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine moderation strategies

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and interest in social media/video platforms
• Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills
• EU nationality or Spanish residence permit (mandatory)
• Experience in content review, customer support, or contact centers is a plus
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent
