Pre-Sales Engineer

Your role Your mission is to transform a client intention into a clear, feasible, controlled and value-creating promise, without implicit overcommitment, aligned with the capabilities of Delivery Globaz, the product priorities and our clients’ challenges. You contribute to building informed decisions rather than "pushing" products. This role is not an administrative sales support or a technical expert isolated from the business. You act as a Customer Value Architect, Strategic Advisor, Business Translator & Trusted Partner. Your responsibilities You take responsibility as the single point of reference for the Promise / Offer phase with the following objectives: Understand the client’s business challenges: Develop a deep understanding of business processes, operational challenges, regulatory constraints, risks and user expectations Understand the real causes, the client does not buy a feature but a capability, a result, an improvement, a risk reduction, a performance gain Build and demonstrate client value: Support clients in evaluating expected benefits, operational impacts, efficiency/effectiveness gains, avoided risks and quality improvements Build credible business cases – demonstrate value before technology Design relevant solutions: Translate client needs into realistic and coherent solutions (simplify complexity, make intelligent trade-offs, challenge certain requests and identify dependencies) Seek the best solution, not the most complex one Enhance decision quality: Support clients, the Client Success Manager and internal teams Improve decision quality by providing analyses, scenarios, well-argued recommendations and long-term vision Contribution to the evolution of GLOBAZ SA: Be an active source of innovation, improvement and strategic thinking Provide field feedback and contribute to the evolution of offers, products and services and commercial approaches Internal coordination and cross-functional leadership: Work closely with various stakeholders (Client Success Management, Delivery, Product and Communication) and exercise leadership based on expertise and the ability to unite actors around a common vision of the offer Your profile University degree in business, marketing or IT, or equivalent qualification Proven experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Business Analysis, Product Management, Client Success, IT Consulting or digital transformation Experience in social insurance, health, public administration and with complex business software is a significant advantage Client-oriented, you think in terms of success/client experience Ability to adopt a strategic partner stance Result and impact oriented; reliability, execution and ability to deliver Analysis and structuring; structuring complex problems, identifying root causes, building credible scenarios, formulating solid recommendations Business Acumen; understanding operational models, value creation mechanisms, economic challenges and organisational impacts Cross-functional leadership and interpersonal ease Join us now and grow your ambitions If you combine intellectual curiosity, credibility, pragmatism, influence and results orientation, we will be attentive to your application!
