Fenix Outdoor Logistics GmbH is the central logistics service provider for Fenix Outdoor International AG. From our modern logistics center in Ludwigslust , we supply all of the Group’s stores in Germany and worldwide with goods on a daily basis. Orders from e-commerce are also processed.

What you can expect:

• You will lead the control center, the error handling team and the process and quality manager. (The control center coordinates and monitors all processes in the warehouse to ensure a constant and efficient operation within the SLA. The error handling team is constantly resolving process issues such as short picks and is responsible for cycle counting. The Process Manager measures process quality, KPIs and visualizes processes.)
• As the leader of these three functions, you will be a central part of our operation and responsible for continuously improving our processes and efficiency by:

• Ensuring safe and stable operations
• Contributing to staff and capacity planning for all departments
• Continuously working on process optimization
• Communicating to all internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring high process quality and productivity
• Ensuring the compliance of our lead times with the SLAs
• Giving feedback and working on team development
• Ensuring safe working conditions (safety regulations, compliance with process instructions)

Who you are:

• Master of craftsmanship logistic (Meister Lagerlogistik) or Supply Chain Management degree
• Experience in the control and coordination of logistics processes
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in quality and process management
• Experience in wholesale, retail and B2C logistics
• Experience with client-facing roles
• Ideally experience in an international work environment
• German and English on a business-savvy level
• Good knowledge about logistics processes and WMS Systems
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Good communication skills, responsible, reliable, proactive
• Constant drive for optimization
