Fenix Outdoor Logistics GmbH is the central logistics service provider for Fenix Outdoor International AG. From our modern logistics center in Ludwigslust , we supply all of the Group’s stores in Germany and worldwide with goods on a daily basis. Orders from e-commerce are also processed.

What you can expect:
- As a Process and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the quality and effectiveness of current processes, highlighting key issues and suggesting improvements that you have worked out with the process owner.
- You will visualise main and support processes.
- You will help controllers to measure KPIs and costs for budgeting and KPI reporting.
- You will be close to operational people to understand their needs and help them adapt to change.
Who you are:
- Higher education at Uni or else
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in quality management (5-S, Lean Management and else)
- Experience in visualizing processes (Visio, Signavio, etc.)
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in (operational) controlling
- Experience in time and motion studies (REFA)
