27 July 2026 The main purpose of this position is to support OCEEA’s activities as well as the development, implementation and co-ordination of projects in the area of transboundary natural resource management and environmental governance, in close interaction with regional and local OSCE executive structures and other international actors, and to substantially contribute to policy advice and capacity-building workshops and events. Working with minimum supervision, the Environmental Affairs Adviser provides expert advice on project implementation modalities and on the planning and conduct of programmatic activities in the field of environmental security, particularly transboundary water management, disaster risk reduction, climate resilience and good environmental governance.
