Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the Associate Information Analyst is responsible for the following duties:
- Under the guidance of a P3 Analyst, assists in the development of research and analysis strategies and conducts research to identify relevant evidence in the IIIM repository and open-source information to support the development of investigations that can further criminal accountability for the most serious crimes under international law committed in the Syrian Arab Republic since March 2011.
- Under the guidance of a P3 Analyst, gathers, collects, evaluates and analyzes information to determine relevance and gaps and to inform decisions relating to judicial support activities.
- Organizes and synthesizes relevant information and evidence, including through the use of analytical software(s), in support of the IIIM’s responses to requests for assistance and proactive sharing activities.
- Maintains and updates IIIM's
