Quality control and technical assistance: Test and quality control the functionality of the Content Management System (CMS) based on specifications prepared by supervisor or vendors. Report technical problems to IT staff. Review templates for different content areas within the CMS. Participate in the ongoing testing and make sure all requirements are met. Perform technical approvals within the CMS and synchronize content between servers. Draft specifications for site improvement changes and new modules.
