Senior Specialist, Customer & Export Logistics

In this varied role, you’ll connect customers, suppliers, distribution centres and internal teams to help products reach the people who need them on time. /ppbYour responsibilities /b /pulliProcess customer orders and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. /liliReview and process supplier and tolling invoices, resolving price discrepancies and payment queries. /liliOrganise shipments between manufacturing sites, logistics providers and customers, and coordinate import and export activities. /liliPrepare shipping documents and coordinate returns and rework. /liliMaintain customer, contract and supplier master data, and complete related SAP transactions. /liliWork with Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing and Finance on product releases, redeployments and month-end activities. /liliMonitor transportation incidents and support audits and reporting. /li /ulpbWhat you bring /b /pulliA bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field. /liliAt least three years of experience in Supply Chain within the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry, ideally in a multinational environment. /liliExperience working with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs, including product distribution and import/export processes. /liliGood SAP knowledge and confidence using digital systems. /liliFluent English. /liliA precise, reliable working style and the ability to stay organised under pressure. /liliStrong communication skills and an interest in working with international, cross-functional teams. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
