Full Accounting for a Subsidiary: Independently manage the complete bookkeeping, including payroll, for a subsidiary in collaboration with a colleague. Ensure accurate monthly and annual financial closings.
Financial Oversight: Provide financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support for smaller entities within the group.
Experience with Swiss OR: Required; experience with Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS is a strong plus.
Accounts Payable Monitoring: Oversee the accounts payable processes for larger entities in close coordination with Shared Service Centers. While not handling invoice booking directly, you will ensure process accuracy, support business operations, and drive quality improvements.
Master Data Management: Act as a deputy for maintaining accounts payable master data.
Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in financial accounting or fiduciary services, with a strong grasp of business processes and financial workflows.
Fluent in German and English: Written and oral.
Ideally completed finance-related training or certification: (e.g., Swiss Certified Specialist in Finance and Accounting).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
