Senior Specialist, Customer & Export Logistics

pb12-month contract | ASAP start | 40 hours per week | 50% home office /b /p pKeep the supply chain moving and help ensure customer orders, invoices and international shipments are handled reliably. In this varied role, you’ll connect customers, suppliers, distribution centres and internal teams to help products reach the people who need them on time. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess customer orders and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. /li liReview and process supplier and tolling invoices, resolving price discrepancies and payment queries. /li liOrganise shipments between manufacturing sites, logistics providers and customers, and coordinate import and export activities. /li liPrepare shipping documents and coordinate returns and rework. /li liMaintain customer, contract and supplier master data, and complete related SAP transactions. /li liWork with Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing and Finance on product releases, redeployments and month-end activities. /li liMonitor transportation incidents and support audits and reporting. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field. /li liAt least three years of experience in Supply Chain within the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry, ideally in a multinational environment. /li liExperience working with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs, including product distribution and import/export processes. /li liGood SAP knowledge and confidence using digital systems. /li liA precise, reliable working style and the ability to stay organised under pressure. /li liStrong communication skills and an interest in working with international, cross-functional teams. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
