Full Stack Engineer - AI Software Start-up

We’re Glorya, a Berlin-based AI-powered marketing start-up, building Marketing Agents that automate generative performance-marketing. Our platform continually optimises campaigns, boosts results, and learns from every iteration, putting powerful, AI-driven performance marketing within every small business’s reach, at a price that’s a fraction of the norm.

• Location: Berlin, in-person only
• Potential for equity ownership
• Skills: Building full-stack web apps, Next.js, TypeScript, being up to date with the latest AI frameworks and tools

Tasks

• build tools to scale generative performance marketing to thousands of small businesses
• take full ownership of projects and bring ideas from 0 to 1
• work closely with our users to transform novel insights into effective features

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience being a software engineer
• being comfortable with fast-pace field and environment
• being interested in the latest news in the AI field
• excited to work in person from our office in Berlin Mitte
