To support our endeavors, we are looking for a Quality & Claims Operator (m/f/d) to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics department in Eschborn, 65760. This is a dynamic, hands-on role centered around supporting the team and delivering great experiences — both behind the scenes and in direct interactions with transport partners. According to your qualifications and experience, you may be hired at either a Specialist or Junior Specialist position.
Your profile
- Establishand maintain quality standards, processes and procedures.
- Manageand investigate damages and claims related to transport, handling, yardoperations and vehicle movements.
- Analyseincidents, identify root causes and responsibilities, and define correctiveactions and countermeasures.
- Conductaudits of trucks, drivers, compounds and logistics service providers.
- Monitorquality and logistics KPIs, identify deviations and follow up on correctiveactions.
- Coordinatewith customers, carriers, LSPs and other business partners regarding qualityissues and claims.
- Identifyprocess gaps and implement improvements in logistics and quality processes.
- Prepareand maintain quality documentation, reports, statistics and KPI analyses.
- Reviewand support contracts and requirements relating to quality and claims.
Your profile
- FluentGerman and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3years of professional experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or acomparable role.
- Provenexperience in logistics, ideally within the automotive industry / FinishedVehicle Logistics (FVL)
- Experiencewith audits, incident investigations, claims and root-cause analysis.
- Experiencedefining and following up on corrective actions and countermeasures.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, combined with confident stakeholdermanagement.
- Structured,independent and detail-oriented working style.
