SAP SD Senior Consultant as O2C Service Owner (f/m/d)

Join us as an SAP SD Senior Consultant and O2C Service Owner (f/m/d) at GLS IT Services GmbH .

Location: Eschborn | Full-time | Unlimited | Immediate start

As a key IT service provider for the GLS Group, we develop and manage IT solutions for over 862 million parcels across 49+ countries. We are expanding and looking for a hands-on SAP SD expert to join our dynamic team of analysts, specialists, and developers.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning and executing O2C projects
• Serve as SAP SD module SME, supporting key users and functional specialists
• Manage and maintain SAP O2C environment
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, implement new functionalities
• Create and update process documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong SAP SD knowledge: Sales, Pricing, Billing, Delivery
• Bachelor\’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience as SAP O2C Service Owner or similar role
• SAP troubleshooting skills
• Project management experience
• Fluent in English, effective communication with technical/non-technical teams
