As an internal service provider for the GLS Group, we develop, organize, and are responsible for the entire IT infrastructure supporting around 862 million parcels in over 49 countries worldwide. We plan to expand further in the future.

If you enjoy working hands-on with SAP SD and designing solutions with creativity and expertise, join our SAP team. We are a diverse team of analysts, specialists, and developers. You will have the opportunity to enhance our international solution portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and executing O2C projects
• Serve as the SAP SD module expert, providing guidance to key users and functional specialists
• Manage and maintain the SAP O2C environment
• Collaborate with SAP experts to troubleshoot, implement new functionalities, and improve existing processes
• Create and update documentation for O2C processes

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD, including Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery
• Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner or similar role
• Proficiency in SAP troubleshooting
• Project management skills and timely execution capabilities
• Fluent in English; ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
