GMBU e.V.Dresden is a non-profit research institution with three independent specialist sections located in Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, and Saxony. The Dresden section focuses on functional coatings, offering nanosol coatings for the functionalization of various material surfaces, including textiles, paper, wood, glass, plastics, and metals. This enables modifications of physical and biological properties, resulting in surfaces with desired wettability or specific optical, antistatic, or antimicrobial characteristics.
