For one of our clients active in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for
Administrative and Logistics Manager (80% to 100%)
Your tasks:
- Daily management of the secretariat - Assistance to Management in administrative and organisational tasks - Human resources administration - Management of customer orders and supplier follow-up - Preparation of offers, order confirmations and invoices - Monitoring payments and receipts - Management of purchases and stock - Organisation of national and international shipments - Preparation of accounting documents for the fiduciary - Participation in the continuous improvement of administrative processes
Your profile:
- Commercial, logistics or equivalent training - Proven experience in a similar role - Excellent organisation and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously - Initiative, autonomy and sense of responsibility - Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools - Very good command of French and good command of English (German is an asset) - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation - Experience in the watchmaking sector is an advantage
