What you will do

The role

As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in driving integrations and deployments that expand the Gnosis Chain ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing partnerships with protocols, dApps, and ecosystem stakeholders to facilitate meaningful adoption of Gnosis Chain. This role bridges technical understanding with business strategy, requiring collaboration across engineering, product, and the broader blockchain community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ecosystem Partnerships

    • Build and nurture relationships with projects, blockchain protocols, and dApps to drive integrations on Gnosis Chain.

    • Identify and secure partnerships that showcase Gnosis Chain’s value proposition, including support for decentralized applications, infrastructure providers, and tooling.

    • Maintain relationships with existing Gnosis Chain ecosystem projects, providing support to help them scale or improve their contributions.

  • Integrations and Deployments

    • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to onboard new projects onto Gnosis Chain, providing technical support and coordination for seamless deployments.

    • Partner with key players to support integrations that leverage Gnosis Pay, Metri Wallet, and Circles, aligning with real-world use cases like payments, identity, and community currencies.

  • Community and Developer Relations

    • Champion Gnosis Chain within the Web3 ecosystem by actively engaging with developer communities, promoting its tools, infrastructure, and unique capabilities as a go-to platform for decentralized applications.

    • Collaborate with the Developer Relations team to plan and execute strategic developer initiatives such as hackathons, bounties, and workshops that drive technical adoption and showcase Gnosis Chain’s potential.

    • Represent Gnosis at industry events, conferences, and hackathons, fostering trust, visibility, and enthusiasm for Gnosis Chain among developers and broader blockchain communities.

    • Partner with developers and technical teams to identify and address their needs, ensuring smooth integrations and deployments on Gnosis Chain.

    • Guide the creation of educational resources and developer-friendly documentation to empower builders and grow the Gnosis developer ecosystem.

    • Align all developer engagement and community initiatives with the broader growth strategy for Gnosis Chain, focusing on ecosystem expansion and impactful integrations.

    • Develop structured onboarding programs for partners and developers to streamline their transition to and successful use of Gnosis Chain.

  • Strategy and Impact Measurement

    • Measure the success of partnerships, integrations, and developer initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs), such as adoption metrics, developer engagement, and user feedback.

    • Work closely with marketing, communications, and governance teams to ensure a unified and compelling narrative around Gnosis Chain’s partnerships, integrations, and developer engagement efforts.

Who you are

  • Web3 Native: Deep understanding of the Web3 space, with hands-on experience in the Ethereum ecosystem and knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto payments.
  • Experience in Partnerships and Ecosystem Growth: 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, integrations, or business development within the Web3/crypto sector, with a particular focus on the Ethereum ecosystem.
  • Strong Network: Established connections within the Ethereum community, DeFi protocols, and other key players in the blockchain space.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and developer tooling to effectively support and guide technical integrations and deployments.
  • Payments: Understanding of the traditional financial system and its intersection with decentralized finance, particularly in relation to payments, wallets, and smart contracts.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a strong focus on innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
