Senior Group FPA Controller (18-month contract)Location: Zurich, CHType: Full timeContract: 18-month contract, with the possibility of extension upon successful completion of the initial contract termAbout the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manages the execution of financial planning process (mid-term planning, budget, target setting) and reporting processes (monthly, quarterly reports), ensuring accurate and consistent financial results provided across all deliverablesManages and further develops financial planning models to facilitate the mid-term planning, budget and target settingActs as advisor/sparring partner to local central teams on financial planning reporting related topicActs as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Business Finance and beyond whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial planning and reporting is requiredDesigns and standardizes financial planning and reporting processes and systemsDesigns and standardizes the financial governance instruments and processes e.g. financial steering concept, dimensions, attributes and KPIsDesigns ad hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making (extract data from financial management systems, deliver properly formatted reports with insightful comments)Plans, executes and/or leads selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
