To support our growing Finnish customer base, we are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our international team. Our Finnish website is Vessi.fi. The position will start in September, so we are beginning the recruitment process early to find the right candidate and allow enough time for onboarding and preparation. Requirements Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish, minimum B2 level Good knowledge of English Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and chat systems Communicative, service‑minded, and solution‑oriented personality Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a fast‑paced international company Responsibilities Provide written communication with our Finnish customers, mainly via email and chat Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information Ensure a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience aligned with Go-to Brands’ values Work closely with colleagues in Norway and Serbia to solve customer cases efficiently Please note: this is not a call center role.
