Задачи:

• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns in close coordination with the team
• Support client account management, prepare weekly updates, and prepare meetings
• Analyze markets and competitors, identify trends, and develop ideas to strengthen client strategies
• Support budget management and ensure compliance with financial targets
• Coordinate internally with Key Account Management and support client growth
• Contribute to paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok

Требования:

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable role
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and creators
• Initial experience in budget management and process optimization
• Basic understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, with a desire to develop further
• Team-oriented, hands-on, and proactive
• Very good German (at least C2) and good written and spoken English
• Diplomatic in dealing with different stakeholders
