ul li8 days on, 6 days off Fly in Fly out from Perth roster /li liDrive construction delivery at Gruyere processing plant and infrastructure /li liAustralian recognised Electrical T Trade qualification is desirable /li /ul h3The Opportunity: /h3 pIn this role you will lead the safe efficient and timely delivery of a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved scope, quality, schedule and site standards. You will work closely with contractors and stakeholders to drive construction readiness and disciplined project execution as part of our Engineering Projects department at our Gruyere mine. /p h3Why You’ll Love Working for Us /h3 ul liPermanent role with a leading gold producer /li li6% site allowance, Private Health Insurance Allowance /li liQuarterly operation bonus scheme /li li5 weeks annual leave, long service leave after 5 years, paid parental leave /li li$10,000 employee referral bonus /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDrive construction readiness including, methodology, work pack scope development, mobilisation, site establishment, workfront planning, execution and project handover. /li liWork with contractors to finalise construction methodologies and conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed safely, meets quality standards, and critical controls are effectively implemented. /li liSupport safe project execution through the development and review of CRAW’s, JHAs, permits, lift plans, and any other construction related requirements. /li liCollaborate with operational stakeholders to coordinate shutdowns, manage simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), and minimise impacts to production. /li liLead by example, championing our values and fostering an inclusive, respectful, safe, and high-performing team culture where everyone can thrive. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liSection 26 Statutory Supervision /li liElectrical Trade qualification and Manual Driver’s Licence /li liHigh risk work licences will be beneficial /li liDemonstrated experience within a similar Supervisory or Leading Hand level position /li liPractical problem-solving ability with the confidence to make decisions in the field and escalat* early.
