HR Data Specialist (m/w/d) – Human Capital Management Projekt zunächst befristet für ein Jahr

Join us as an HR Data Specialist (m/w/d) – Human Capital Management Project, initially limited to one year at GOLDBECK .

Responsibilities:

  1. Contributing to the development of new Workday structures in close collaboration with the project team.
  2. Designing, preparing, and maintaining data in CRM and Workday, focusing on:
  3. Supervisory Organizations / Manager Structure (leadership and organizational units)
  4. Creating consistent English names for organizational units
  5. Maintaining parallel structures and data in CRM and Workday until go-live (expected March 2026)
  6. Ensuring data quality and documenting changes systematically
  7. Preparing decision templates for various boards, including executive management.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor\’s degree and initial professional experience, preferably in transformation projects involving Workday or similar systems (ERP, HCM, CRM).
  • Good knowledge of organizational structures and HR data models is desirable.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with conceptual thinking.
  • High attention to detail, structured, and proactive working style.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
