Your missionIn your role as Teamlead Consulting (m/f/d) at myneva, you will be the key anchor driving the success of our projects. You will oversee our customer projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that our solutions are smoothly integrated and optimally utilized. Not only will you bear the technical responsibility, but you will also lead your team with foresight and support to achieve outstanding results together. Your mission is to provide long-term support for both new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their challenges.What you’ll do:Plan and lead new client implementation and expansion projects to ensure that customer requirements are fully met and that the implementation process runs smoothly.Provide ongoing support and consultation for existing clients to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Lead the team, ensuring that all team members perform their tasks efficiently and achieve the shared goals.Advise clients on process-related and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the application complies with industry standards and legal regulations.Solve customer inquiries by providing prompt and effective support to ensure smooth operations.Support the sales team through presentations and participation in sales events to convince potential customers and drive business growth.Your profileSeveral years ofprofessional experience in consulting or the ICT sector, with a completed ICT education or a comparable qualification (e.g., Business Informatics).Experience inproject management, ideally with leadership responsibilities.Excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel.Aself-driven and structured approach to work, combined with strong teamwork and customer orientation.Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to analyze and implement complex requirements.Fluency inGerman and English.Why us?A meaningful and responsible role: Our software products allow our clients to focus on improving the lives of their service users by providing more time for care and support.Part-time work is possible.
