We are looking for a strategic but hands-on Senior Vice President Sales EMEA to lead the next growth phase of a fast-scaling SaaS company in the Customer Experience (CXP), Customer Data Platform (CDP) and AI space. The company delivers cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that enable businesses to better understand their customers, act on real-time feedback and drive measurable impact across experience, engagement and reputation.Location : Germany / Fully RemoteYour Role :Lead, scale and structure the EMEA sales team to achieve ambitious growth targetsTranslate company-level objectives into actionable sales goals, quotas, team structure and hiring plans through reverse forecastingBuild a high-quality pipeline and implement a consistent forecasting and reporting structureDefine and drive a company-wide sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, P.U.B.) to ensure pipeline clarity and forecast reliabilityMonitor and present SaaS KPIs such as CAC, deal velocity, average contract value and win rates to internal and external stakeholdersCoach and develop the current sales team and attract high-caliber new talentCollaborate closely with the CEO and C-level team to shape the company’s evolution, with a clear focus on driving toward a successful exit within 3–4 yearsWhat You Bring :A proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS sales organizations in EMEAExperience in Customer Experience, CDP or related SaaS verticals is highly desirableStrong understanding of SaaS metrics and forecasting logicEntrepreneurial and hands-on leadership approach with the ambition to make a visible impactFamiliarity with hospitality tech or the travel ecosystem is a plusFluent in German and EnglishWhy This Role?You’ll take on a central leadership position in a growth-stage SaaS business that is transforming how guest feedback and reputation are managed.
